I got the point spread right for the Iowa-Indiana game (17), but the total score was higher than I guessed. Just the same, its a win, with Michigan coming to town this week. More on that game in a later post.

Got some full weekends coming up. This weekend I'm attending a regional leadership institute sponsored by the Great Commission Association, our fellowship of churches. I'm looking forward to meeting the leaders of GCA churches in this past of the country.

Next week on the 26th I'm heading to Dallas with fellow NYL agent Andy Reimer for a 3 1/2 day workshop geared toward agents starting their 4th year with the company. I'm hoping to hear some good business management ideas that will help me become better organized and able to continue growing my practice in a structured way.

Then, we're into November , which of course concludes with moving into our new house. It's probably time to start packing.

This is a great time of year, as we gear up for the holidays. It's just a natural time to be thankful for the Lord's provision, and to evaluate all the areas of my life that need to be strengthened in days, months, and years to come.
